Santa Arrives at Mall at Millenia

The Mall at Millenia hosts the biggest, best Santa welcome ever! Santa’s Arrival offers a night the kids will always remember, and parents will relish as a family celebration of the holiday season. Now a firm favorite among thousands of Central Florida families, this milestone event brings the jolly fellow himself to Orlando in one action packed, fun filled, festive evening. This spectacular celebration begins at 6p.m. on Friday, November 12 with a dance party for children of all ages. Children, and most parents, dance and sing to seasonal tunes as anticipation builds for the big moment. Whimsical characters from Hollyville, Millenia’s winter wonderland, mingle, perform and dance with the crowd – even Mrs. Claus is there awaiting the arrival of her famous husband! At 6:45p.m., all eyes look to the skies to catch the rooftop landing of Santa, as he magically descends from the night sky.  In a haze of Orlando snow, Santa waves his magic wand and voila! The magnificent Millenia holiday tree lights up in one memorable moment, evoking gasps of amazement from the crowd… the holidays are here! Families can enjoy snacks and drinks provided by mall restaurants, donation to the Salvation Army is requested as funds donated will help Orlando families in need. Shopping hours will be extended at the Center throughout the holiday season. The Mall will be closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
