TRACY SMITH

Hi, my name is Tracy Smith from Orlando, FL and I was a tennis coach until I got relieved because of my 351 pound frame. Seven months later, I am 100 pounds (and counting) less (using the Biggest Loser & Reverse diet plans combined) and will establish my own tennis academy within a year. I also plan pursuing my Life Coach, Fitness and Nutrition certifications (from ACE and NESTA). I want to be an inspiration to others struggling with their weight and lifestyle habits, by giving local motivational talks and fitness education classes throughout Central Florida. My target audience will not only include adults closest my age, but I also wish to educate the elderly that is not to late to lose weight and help end the childhood obesity problem that has gripped the United States over the past few decades (especially among minority & urban youth).
